Questions people ask before they book
Straight answers about pricing, timing and what happens to your stuff. Anything else? Text us. A real person answers.
How do you work out the price?
By how much room your items take in our truck, from a minimum load up to a full truck. The price includes labor, loading, sweeping up and disposal. We confirm it on site before we lift anything.
Do I need to be home?
No. If the items are outside or we have access, leave them out, text us a photo and pay by card once we're done. We'll send photos when it's cleared.
Can you come today?
Usually, yes. Text us before noon and we can often fit you in the same afternoon. Otherwise we'll book the next morning.
Do you take hot tubs and pianos?
Yes. Hot tubs, pianos, playsets and sheds are priced from a photo because they may need to be taken apart. Send one and we'll quote it.
What can't you take?
Paint and solvents, propane tanks, asbestos, motor oil, chemicals and medical waste. Text us a photo if you're unsure and we'll tell you where it can go.
What happens to my stuff?
Usable furniture goes to local donation centers. Metal, appliances, electronics, cardboard and yard waste go to recyclers. Only what's left goes to a licensed transfer station.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We carry general liability insurance and dispose of everything at licensed facilities. Certificates are available on request for property managers.
How do I pay?
Card, cash or Venmo after the job is done. No deposit, and you never pay before we load.
